Description:

Hello, I'm Lynn, Owner and principal photographer of Photos by Lyn13. My passion is sharing the beauty of nature, flowers, and the world through my camera. Whether it's a quiet walk in the woods or a journey across the globe, my goal is to capture moments that inspire joy and wonder.

For over 40 years, I've explored nearly every corner of photography - portraits, weddings, travel, and landscapes. While I still enjoy portrait and senior sessions, my heart belongs to travel and nature photography. I once worked as a staff photographer for In Spirit, the Chronicle, and Country Club Neighborhood Life, creating portraits of local residents.

One of my favorite spots to photograph is the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Fresh air, blooming flowers, tall trees, and the occasional curious animal keep me inspired and connected to nature. Every photo I take reflects the peace and joy I feel in these moments.

Along with my online presence, I display my photography at juried shows and local venues across Minnesota.

Each photo I take is more than an image - it's a piece of my journey. I hope my photographs bring you the same joy I experience while creating them.
