We are a small, family owned and operated business whose roots go sown generations. We followed in our family's footsteps in 2016 and began selling food "tail-gating style" with our huge smoker attached to the back of our open trailer. We have grown tremendously since then, in more ways than one - and now we are operating from a fully equipped food truck!

Our top sellers are of course our famous Original Dry Rub Special wings! Our pulled pork is to die for, whether you get one of our bug juicy sandwiches or the loaded pulled pork fries, you won't be disappointed.

We have had the pleasure of serving over 6,000 of our National Guards during the unfortunate George Floyd riots and received a medal for our services. We have won the 2018 Food Truck Kick Off Award and we have also been featured on Kare 11 twice!
