What are your best home and garden tips for the season?
"It's all in the prep work. People don't realize how much work needs to be before you can actually start painting. For interiors, you might need to patch some holes in the walls, or if enameling millwork, everything needs to be sanded really well and in between every coat. For exteriors, you need to repair loose boards and fix crumbling stucco. If those issues aren't tended to before painting, the paint will peel off in no time. We can handle all of the prep and the painting, leaving the homeowner with nothing to worry about!"
What are your featured items this season?
"Set up a bid at the show and receive $150 off your project."
What are your home and garden pet peeves?
"Our clients have such amazing ideas and we are always wanting to incorporate them into our own home!"
"We once painted a bathroom 4 times because the client couldn't decide on a color- only to finally choose the original color."
What's your favorite part about participating in the Minneapolis Home + Garden Show?
"Seeing all of the new ideas to upgrade homes every year. Owning a home is a never-ending project, because the industry is always changing and its so exciting to see what is going to be popular next!"
